Last night, Ashley, aka Rossy, aka Ross, aka whatever you choose to call her celebrated the big TWO THREE over at Tropical Delights. One year prior, Ashley shut it down with her 22nd birthday party at Ultra Lounge so this year she did it larger for the 23rd! More friends, more drinks, more FUN!
