Friday May 14th was the finale to The Source Magazine’s Digital Dime Piece Model Call. Over 20+ finalist blazed the runway at Hogates, located on the water front of SW DC, in there hottest swimsuits and lingerie for the panel of judges, ranging from pro athletes, fashion gurus, celebrities and much more. The finale was hosted by DC’s own Angel Lola Luv. Few live performances in between by recording artist Bobby Valentino and DC’s own Like Blood. The competition was so stiff, the panel couldn’t decide this is in a first-second-third manner. The talent and potential was there in almost all the girls, the opted out for a total of ten winners of the over all competition. This was very fair on The Source’s part since these girls had to go through two other stuff selections to make it this far. All in all the event was an overall success! We look forward to seeing what the future holds for these girls as they grace not only the pages of these upcoming issues, but leave us in awe on our computer screens, PDAs and smart phones since they are the new Digital Dime Pieces!
