8-14-2010 Michael & Traci Massie’s 5th Annual All White Affair x Norfolk State University Benefit @ The Estates

For the 5th year now, Michael & Traci Massie, in conjunction with Massie Law Group, put together another fabulous and chic all white affair! In efforts to raise funds for Norfolk State University directly, contributions from $40 to upwards of $1500 are made by guests attending the event! Everyone from greek letter organizations, to local businesses and groups aided in the process. Along with any contribution,  guests were treated to a deliciously catered set up, by Austin’s Catering,  buffet style,  as well as two fully stocked open bars, live music as well as a full DJ set up! The “party” was as successful as it was to see the amount of big occurrences that took place, such as the appearance of folks ranging from the new president of Norfolk State University, mayor of Portsmouth, and tons of other powerful people who came out to support the Massie’s annual event. They were even as gracious enough to award a scholarship to a talented young lady through the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc, which covered not only tuition but books as well! These photos can’t possibly reflect the size and magnitude of what went down on such a beautiful Saturday afternoon, which it did NOT rain on our parade!
